AJRAF - Albert Joyle Relief Agency Foundation Is a registered charity working to reduce poverty and deprivation by empowering individuals and communities.
To achieve this we:
- support poor individuals and communities to develop self-reliant initiatives that will bring about better standards of living and improved quality of life by focusing on these key essential areas — education, sustainable livelihood, health and sanitation, socio-economic development and shelter.
- operate within moral values and recognised quality standards.
- work with volunteers to fundraise and create awareness about poverty and community development issues.

So far AJRAF has …… · adopted an orphanage with 50 children providing basic food and clothing support · supported 2 community building projects benefiting local people · awarded 190 scholarships (2006 – 2007) to secondary school pupils · supported primary school children with learning materials · donated relief items to displaced people end amputee camps · provided over 15,000 beneficiaries with information on learning and employment · advised over 5000 beneficiaries on learning and work opportunities in London · Set up a Resource Centre with training facilities assisting disadvantaged people and communities in London especially those from black and minority ethnics |
